Emails? I've penned a few (thousand). I take messaging direction about product and find the human in it, translating business needs into real-life benefits through conversational, succinct copy. At Nordstrom, I've focused on women's apparel, telling trend and category stories, spotlighting brands like Madewell and Eileen Fisher, and promoting new arrivals and markdowns to a subscriber list in the millions.
I also write dedicated emails that allow for even more storytelling.
